Consultation

Consultation is short-term work (usually 1-3 sessions) which aims to discuss a particular difficulty or problem solve a specific issue. Consultation is different to therapy, which is longer term. Consultation is suitable for individuals, and is often helpful for those who are in supporting roles including parents or carers.
